No PC Needed: With none of the features in
GPSAssist you will ever need a PC (except to install GPSAssist
and to provide an internet connection to your Pocket PC)
RouteAssist: allows you to import Garmin Mapsource
files (MPS) to perform point to point navigation. You also can
import routes in several other file formats like Garmin Mapsource
files, OV2 files, Tour Exchange files and more.
Route Navigation: (Point 2 Point Navigation) navigate
routes holding an unlimited amount of waypoints using RouteAssist.
POI Recorder: Record new points of interest
POI Manager: to manage your recorded points of interest
and possible upload them. Currently uploads are possible to flitspaal.nu.

POI Detector: detect any kind of point of interest
like train stations, ATM Machines, Speed Cameras and more. Issues
a warning sound and message when approaching a POI.
Speed Alerts: Get a warning when you exceed a certain
set speed limit
Native OV2 support: works directly with standard OV2
files
Access to the best POI Websites: directly download
OV2 files from the internet without need a PC. Download/update
OV2 files over GPRS, Wifi or while docked.
Directly download Routes: with the Route Exchange
feature in RouteAssist you can directly download routes on your
Pocket PC for use with route navigation. If you have routes to
share you can upload them here.
Uploaded routes are immediately available for download by other
GPSAssist users.
Automated nightcolors: Automatically switches to night
colors when it's getting dark.
GPRS and WiFi support: All of the features requiring
downloads like POI synchronization, Routes Exchange are of course
also working over a GPRS or WiFi connection.
